Support Services
Structured Living
Our three-tiered staffing model ensures accountability in all aspects of our men’s housing program. As a resident, you are required to adhere to the set standards and rules of your sober apartment community, and you will be required to take regular drug and alcohol tests.
Sober Coach
As you progress through your program, your sober coach will provide counseling and advice to help you manage the struggles of early recovery.
Group Meetings
A Resident Care Advocate (RCA) is also on-staff at our men’s sober living apartments. This individual is responsible for arranging group sessions in the apartment community and facilitating group discussion with residents in recovery. Your RCA also plays a large role in ensuring all residents are staying accountable to their own actions and meeting the requirements of the program.
Recovery Programs
Our housing program is a recovery‑oriented, curriculum‑based plan that provides relapse prevention skills, education and reinforcement during early recovery. As they are achieved, program objectives are rewarded with additional personal freedoms and our Addiction Monitoring Program provides the assistance of a peer in recovery who can offer guidance while you practice living sober in a structured environment.
Outpatient Treatment Services
We offer additional outpatient treatment group meetings that can be combined with any local recovery groups you attend in the Austin area. These sessions are held three times each week and provide assistance managing increased responsibilities and life skills while living here.
Our Three-Tiered Staffing Model
Our apartment complex for men is managed with a three-tiered staffing model to provide accountability and assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Eudaimonia’s men’s recovery apartments in Austin different?
Clear rules, staff support, furnished apartments, and access to coaching and IOP create day‑to‑day structure without the pressure of a clinical setting.
How long should I stay in the program?
lan for at least 90 days to build routines; many men stay four to twelve months depending on work, school, legal needs, and support networks.
Is this housing the same as a halfway house?
No. Halfway houses often involve court or corrections oversight and time limits. Sober living is a private, recovery‑focused home with flexible stays based on progress.
What is included in the monthly cost?
Housing, utilities, furnishings, Wi‑Fi, and access to staff and a recovery‑focused community. Ask admissions for current unit options and any refundable deposits.
Can I work or go to school while living here?
Yes. The model supports employment, education, and family responsibilities while keeping recovery as your daily priority.
How does drug and alcohol testing work?
Residents complete regular testing to maintain a safe, sober home. Testing supports accountability and protects everyone in the house.
What if I need more support than this program provides?
Admissions can connect you to coaching, IOP, or other outpatient services and adjust your plan as needs change.
How do I apply and how soon can I move in?
Complete a short pre‑screening, review house expectations, choose a unit, and confirm a move‑in date. If you are transferring from treatment, we can help coordinate timing.
Can I work or go to school while living in this housing?
Yes—recovery housing is designed to support employment and education while maintaining a sober environment and connections to services.
Is this Austin location men-only?
Yes. This apartment community is reserved for men and is not co-ed.
