Michael Kerr

Michael Kerr – Admissions Coordinator

Michael has an associate of arts degree and is also a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist and a Certified Case Management Interventionist. He has facilitated multiple interventions and fulfilled various different roles in addiction treatment since 2011, including a Recovery Coach, Tech, and Aftercare Supervisor and Director. Michael says he chose to work for Nova due to its incredible reputation. Kaitlyn High – Admissions Coordinator

Kaitlyn has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in medical sociology from the University of Central Florida. She has worked in many different aspects of the addiction treatment industry, including behavioral health at several inpatient psychiatric hospitals, dual-diagnosis detox units, and at a methadone clinic. As an admissions coordinator at Nova, Kaitlyn admits clients into 90-day inpatient rehab, sober living programs, detox, and outpatient rehab. She chose to work for Nova because the program’s foundation is based on the 12 steps, which she firmly believes is the best path to recovery.
