Instituting our processes, we were able to take a landmark sober living community into a thriving and success direction. Since then, we have expand our foot print and services, to include IOP.

We are also on of the handful only sober living Texas provider, whom has an accreditation with JCAHO. This pristine accreditation is only reserved for treatment centers.

San Antonio Sober Living Phase Program

Our phase program gives residents in our San Antonio sober living homes a clear, structured path toward greater independence. Through three progressive phases, residents are encouraged to build strong recovery habits by staying accountable to meetings, employment or productive daily activity, sponsorship, curfew, and overall house expectations. Advancement is based on genuine recovery progress and consistency, helping each resident strengthen the foundation needed for long-term sobriety.

Advancement criteria
To move from Phase 1 → Phase 2:
  • Have a sponsor
  • Consistent curfew adherence
  • Pass 24 drug tests
  • Be employed
  • Attend all required meetings
  • Adhere to chores, rules, and regulations
  • Complete the 12 steps with a sponsor
  • Establish a home group
To move from Phase 2 → Phase 3:
  • Have a service commitment
  • 9 months residency
  • Sponsoring others
  • Consistent employment and job history
  • No more than 6 missed drug tests in 6 months
  • Attend all required meetings
  • Adhere to chores, rules, and regulations
  • Consistent curfew adherence
  • Progression is based on how a resident is working a program of recovery—not only time in the home
  • House managers use best judgment on phase progress
Overnight passes
  • No overnight stays in the first 30 days unless approved in advance
  • Overnight passes are submitted via the Resident App and approved/denied via the Manager App
  • No overnight passes if there is a program fee balance
  • Maximum overnight passes: 2 per month
  • No more than 3 nights away in a seven-day period without reasonable cause and prior approval
Note: Any exception to curfew or overnight rules requires advance permission from staff.

Through SEV, residents strengthen relapse-prevention skills, learn how to manage triggers and emotions, build resumes, practice interviewing, set goals, and improve financial habits that support long-term sobriety.
